Just wanted to write and let you know that as a 2nd time customer (sadly), I again had an excellent experience with Steve and Reaction Restoration.
He was so calm, efficient and did not even make me feel stupid for all my million questions. I could not believe how quickly he arrived when I was alone with a window shattered and glass everywhere in the bedroom. My situation was nothing, compared to most in the last storm but he did not let me feel I was any less important.
Our First disaster, when our condo was completely flooded, was equally as positive an experience. I sure hope I don’t need to call on them again, but certainly would recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for the exceptional job you and your company did for me in the time of crisis. You were the only company that personally answered the phone and were at my house within the hour!! You were there every day checking machines and keeping in contact with me about the progress. You went the extra mile when completing the job by putting away fruit jars on shelves when all you had to do was move the big stuff. Having never experienced home damage before, you were so helpful to us, telling us what needed to be done step by step, removing mattress and carpet to avoid mold, and putting in a dryer to remove moisture. You did a great job of packing all things and carefully labeling each container. You removed all furniture without a flaw as well as allowing Mary Anne to pack china and other fragiles.
